Today we present you a cheerful and youthful apartment in the heart of Old Sarajevo.

Positioned on the top floor of the old Austro-Hungarian building, sunny and well connected with the environment, this apartment is an ideal space in which our Inside team demonstrated all of their skills and presented  how elegance and functionality could be offered in a small space.

The idea of ​​the owner to use this apartment for short term rental, considerably determined  the concept of the spatial organization and approach to design. The needs of persons who would stay in the apartment up to seven days and of those who would live there for a longer period significantly differs from each other. Having this in mind, our team created very functional and modern interior in forty square meters.

Composing several different uses of this space, such as the living and sleeping area, in one spatial volume, lately often inflicts great challenges to architects. In most cases, people decide for conventional solutions with a sofa pull-out mechanisms, but something like that requires constant displacement of things and reorganization of the entire room on a daily basis.

The solution offered by our team is far more practical, and the visitors are being offered a separate living room with a small bedroom separated by the semi-transparent partition. Beside the visual effect, this partition has also functional role, and it contributes to a better utilization of the space.

In accordance with the dimensions of the apartment and its purpose, we have used bright and modern materials which must have a higher durability than those commonly used in similar environments. This kind of the space should attract the attention of tourists even after several years and their stay in Sarajevo should be as pleasant as relaxing. All rooms in this apartment should provide simple use and offer to the visitor everything she/he needs to feel as at his/her own home.
